[Menus] Admin Area Menu Manager

Description i believe the Customize Menus in admin area is good, but we have Menu manager and it works amazing for site main page!
so we can use the menu manager for admin area!
yes, we can manage our favorite menus for each admin and they work better in the admin area!
they spend more times in admin area and they need some menus which use in the site main page...
