[News] Only one url to access news

Description Hi,
There should be only one url to access news or any other content. Currently news can be accessed via news.php?news.id, news.php?item.id, news.php?extend.id, comment.php?comment.news.id and some more.

It should be only news.php?extend.id.

Also, there are some urls like news.php?extend.id.number. What does this number stands for? It can be eliminated too. It will be good for seo
